Top 5 Mid Range phones of 2013

Mid ranged phones are purely for those who want raw power and absolute quality but do not have the money to reach out to the high end ones. Thankfully the smartphone makers do care about this category and we have seen some unbelievably amazing phones in this category. Some of them also have certain features that are there in the higher end phones as well, so you get awesome stuff around this category.

5. Sony Xperia C

Sony Xperia C
You are going to be seeing a lot of Sony in the category and we kick things off with Sony Xperia C. It is a really desirable, good looking phone. It is also very powerful. Sony Xperia C also has a similar UI like the high end Sony Smartphones. The built quality is just fantastic and you will love this phone for a very long time also it is priced really well in the market. Xperia C has a Quad Core 1.2GHz processor along with 1GB of RAM.

4. Sony Xperia SP

Sony Xperia SP is almost similar to the Xperia C but is much better and much more powerful. The built quality just like on the Xperia C is stunningly beautiful and the phone is amazing to hold. Xperia SP fancies a 720p HD display, 8MP primary camera with optics as features like some of the high end camera phones and a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.7GHz and Dual Cored. The phone is also planned to be upgraded to Android v4.4 KitKat soon and currently runs the v4.2 Jelly Bean.

Sony Xperia ZR

Sony Xperia ZR
This phone is the immediate lower brother to the well-known Sony Xperia Z. This phone has the Z’s waterproof and dust proof body. The built is that same exact stunning glass you saw on the Sony Xperia Z. Sony Xperia ZR is also planned for a v4.4 KitKat upgrade. Unlike the Z, this phone has a 720p display which is 4.5 inches but like the Z it has a 13MP camera on board which is simply amazing. This phone screams quality and power.

2. Nokia Lumia 820

Nokia Lumia 820
Nokia really stepped it up to establish Windows Phone 8 in the market. The Lumia 820 stages a stunning display but a heavy body. It might feel heavy in your pocket but at the same time the phone is so beautiful you can’t take your eyes off it. Nokia Lumia 820 has a polycarbonate built. It has a 4.3 inch display and also a Carl Ziess 8MP camera which as you all might have heard, is an absolute bliss to have.

1. Google Nexus 4

Google Nexus 4 Design
Oh there is no standing this phone. The built quality is simply amazing with that glass at the back. Your hands sit comfortably on the edges which have a nice rubber on it. The 720p display is an absolute treat to look at. As it focuses on stock android, this phone is lag free and easy to use and runs as smooth as warm butter on the bread. The camera is the only problem I have on the Google Nexus 4, otherwise it is the best mid range phone period.
