Motorola Moto G releases in INDIA!

Motorola Moto G is probably the most awaited smartphone in recent times. The phone’s amazing specifications at probably the best price possible has got Motorola Moto G that very strong attention. Now this amazing smartphone released today on the 6th of February 2014.

The tagline for this phone has been “Exceptional Phone. Exceptional Price” and we dare not disagree with that. Fortunately we did have a chance to catch this phone when it released international and have a review for you ready already. For those of you who might not want to change links I will quickly tell you what you can expect from this phone.

Motorola Moto GThe Motorola Moto G’s most appealing selling point for me is their promise of an Android v4.4.2 KitKat update. Currently, if you buy the Motorola Moto G right now, you will be getting the Android v4.3 Jelly Bean out of the box but as Motorola says, you will surely get an update. This phone comes with an absolutely beautiful 720p 4.5 inch display. It will be the most stunning display you have ever witnessed on a budget smartphone till date.

If you care too much about power, this phone is not a disappointment. Motorola Moto G provides you with a 1.3GHz Quad Core Snapdragon processor along with 1GB of RAM. This account for more computing any other budget smartphone can do. Obviously, the other smartphone makers claim that they can do this too but the overall outcome is heavily in favour of Motorola Moto G.

Motorola Moto GThe only downside of Motorola Moto G comes from the fact that the camera, the 5MP primary camera is not that great. It is not the best on a smartphone or even close actually. Motorola somehow always screws the camera on board. Also, you get no card slot, you only have options of 8GB and 16GB internal memory models. This is actually good because this protects your RAM from the so not needed extra work and hence protects it from degradation.

This phone has got a lot of things correct. You surely have to buy this phone because it is the bar for any budget smartphone to follow. When the Motorola Moto G goes on sale tomorrow, the 8GB version is available for Rs. 13000 and the 16GB version for 17000.
