The first thing you would notice about this phone is the high quality material encasing the hardware. It is simply stunning. It looks like a streamline flagship model. Lenovo S660 has a really normal size and it wraps in your hand comfortably. Thanks to the amazing mettalic grip, it sticks right in. Lenovo S660 is so cold and premium to hold, it will blow you away. The built quality is simply suberb.
I did not know what the qHD 960×540 resolution was all about. Lenovo S660 has a 4.7 inch qHD display. It is soothingly beautiful to the eyes. I would not say it has the best colour tone there is around this price tag but it simply looks so clean and well detailed it is a display you would want to look at your all the time. Yes, the colour tone could have been much better. But I like it for what it is. Lenovo S660 has a great display, hands down.
The 8MP camera on the Lenovo S660 is pretty clean. It takes good photos, decent is written all over it. Like maximum phones on the planet, compared to the natural image, the photos come pretty undersaturated and lack that awe that most of the flagship or even md-ranged phones have. The front camera is pretty ok. Video quality by the 8MP sensor is nice as well.
Lenovo S660 runs on the Android v4.2 Jelly Bean, I do think there is or there will be a further update available. I look at the Lenovo S660 and the UI looks pretty awesome. It is not clutterd like the Samsung’s TouchWiz and has a naturally good vibe to it.
Lenovo S660 runs on a 1.2GHz Quad Core processor that gives it a blazing fast speed. Thanks to there under optimized fast processors, Android lag has almost vanished from the face of earth. The 1GB RAM gives you good multitasking options and outstanding performance along with that processor. Lenovo S660 gives you 8GB of internal memory which you can expand to 32GB. It does not have NFC but you get bluetooth if you are searching for sharing and pairing with 3rd party hardware devices.
