Not many people are aware of Gionee much but they do some incredible work with their smartphones. Gionee Elife E7 sticks to the sharp edges and flat body design like their previous phones. The plastic body is pretty okay and feels nice in your hands. The built of Gionee Elife E7 is really smooth and the glossy touch to it might annoy someone but pleases a whole bunch of people as well. The size of the phone is just a little more than the standard size so that might be a problem for some.
Gionee Elife E7 offers you complete awesomeness in this case. The phone comes with a 5.5 inch 1080×1920 pixels resolution. That my friends, is a full HD display. The only problem I have with this display is that the colours are too artificial and over saturated. It surely has the usual sharpness of a full HD display but it is not as accurate in colour as the other ones around. It has really good, deep black levels and decent viewing angles. The glare could be a problem in direct sunlight.
You get a 16MP primary camera on board the Gionee Elife E7. Like the display, the camera also produces some greatly sharp images but over saturated. The colours are better than the display but for a camera showing off 16MP as the number, the lens is not that great at all. The camera does a very good job by keeping the sharpness uniform all around. The video recording is done in full HD and adds a whole new dimension to this already great camera. I really like the video recording quality and clarity it possess. The front camera is an amazing 8MP one, self-portraits were never so mind blowing.
Gionee has it’s own cool user interface on the Gionee Elife E7. It is really intuitive and works really fine. You get all the basic help from the widgets and app shortcuts on the home page which is pretty standard Android UI. Google Play store is your portal for all the apps you can get your hands on.
You get something here comparable to Samsung Galaxy Note III, oh wait! It is exactly the same! Gionee Elife E7 has a Snapdragon 800 processor which is a 2.2GHz Quad Core and 3GB of RAM! Isn’t that amazing? Of course it is. It is one of the fastest and smoothest experience combinations you will get on a smartphone. It is also durable, which actually matters more given the money you will spend. There is no microSD card support but the internal memory of 32GB should be sufficient enough for you. This phone just screams power and performance like no other in it’s price range. That Snapdragon 800 changes everything.
